If you are having difficulty using some features of mywcc, you may need to clear your browser cache.
Below are instructions for cleaning up Chrome, Firefox, and Edge
Chrome
- Hold down [Ctrl] + [Shift] then press [DEL]
- Ensure that Time range = All time
- Click CLEAR DATA on the "Clear browsing data" window that appears.
- WARNING : This may remove active logins and saved passwords
- Completely close out and reopen Chrome
- Retry the task that previously was failing
Firefox
- Open the menu (top-right corner/3 horizontal bars)
- Select History
- Select Clear Recent History...
- Ensure Time to range to clear = Everything
- Select Clear Now
- WARNING : This may remove active logins and saved passwords
- Completely close out and reopen Chrome
- Retry the task that previously was failing
Edge
- Click Settings and More (the ··· icon in the top-right)
- Click Delete browsing data
- Click Choose what to clear
- Set Time Range to All time
- Ensure that the following checkboxes are selected:
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- Click Clear now
- WARNING : This may remove active logins and saved passwords
- Completely close out and reopen Edge
- Retry the task that previously was failing
