If you are having difficulty using some features of mywcc, you may need to clear your browser cache.
Below are instructions for cleaning up Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer.
Chrome
- Hold down [Ctrl] + [Shift] then press [DEL]
- Ensure that Time range = All time
- Click CLEAR DATA on the "Clear browsing data" window that appears.
- WARNING : This may remove active logins and saved passwords
- Completely close out and reopen Chrome
- Retry the task that previously was failing
Firefox
- Open the menu (top-right corner/3 horizontal bars)
- Select History
- Select Clear Recent History...
- Ensure Time to range to clear = Everything
- Select Clear Now
- WARNING : This may remove active logins and saved passwords
- Completely close out and reopen Chrome
- Retry the task that previously was failing
Internet Explorer
- Select Tools (via the Gear Icon)
- Hover mouse pointer over Safety
- Select Delete browsing history...
- Ensure that the following checkbox are selected:
- Temporary Internet files or Temporary Internet files and website files
- Cookies or Cookies and website data
- History
- Click Delete
- WARNING : This may remove active logins and saved passwords
- Completely close out and reopen Internet Explorer
- Retry the task that previously was failing
