Master mywcc!

Explore the links below to learn how to navigate mywcc, the college's student portal.

If you are having difficulty using some features of mywcc, you may need to clear your browser cache.


Below are instructions for cleaning up Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer.

Chrome

  • Hold down [Ctrl] + [Shift] then press [DEL]
  • Ensure that Time range = All time
  • Click CLEAR DATA on the "Clear browsing data" window that appears.
    • WARNING : This may remove active logins and saved passwords
  • Completely close out and reopen Chrome
  • Retry the task that previously was failing


Firefox

  • Open the menu (top-right corner/3 horizontal bars)
  • Select History
  • Select Clear Recent History...
  • Ensure Time to range to clear = Everything
  • Select Clear Now
    • WARNING : This may remove active logins and saved passwords
  • Completely close out and reopen Chrome
  • Retry the task that previously was failing 


Internet Explorer

  • Select Tools (via the Gear Icon)
  • Hover mouse pointer over Safety
  • Select Delete browsing history...
  • Ensure that the following checkbox are selected:
    • Temporary Internet files or Temporary Internet files and website files 
    • Cookies or Cookies and website data 
    • History
  • Click Delete
    • WARNING : This may remove active logins and saved passwords
  • Completely close out and reopen Internet Explorer
  • Retry the task that previously was failing
