Printing in the Library: Overview

This guide will help you understand printing policies in the Library.

Currently, all printing and copying in the library is free to all currently enrolled Waubonsee students, faculty and staff with valid X-numbers.

To use campus networked computers in the Library you need to sign in with your X-number and password.  This will also allow for printing. Please abide by campus Information Technology Acceptable Usage Agreement.  The printers in the computing area will print in black and white, with options of legal size paper and printing on both sides of the paper. Please be respectful of how much you copy.  Our trees appreciate it!

Color printing:
To print in color at the Todd Library, select COLOR COL-229 as your printer.  Also go to Printer Properties on the print screen, use the Color tab, and de-select grayscale. All color print jobs need to be picked up next to the Circulation Desk.

To print in color at the Aurora Fox Valley Library, select FOX 225

To print in color at the Aurora Downtown Campus Library, select DWNT 185
