Software & Accessibility Tools

  • Kurzweil 3000 - Students can use the "Sign in With Google" option, logging in with their @student.waubonsee.edu email address, X-number, and password

  • ReadSpeaker - Soon to be available in all areas of Canvas - no Access Center referral needed!

  • Microsoft Office 365 (Free for Waubonsee students)

  • Google Drive

Ways to Get Help

  • Walk-In Support: Students can stop by any of our libraries in person and receive assistance from a staff member.

  • Student Technology Assistants: Peer-to-peer support from current Waubonsee students is available online, and in-person at the Sugar Grove and Downtown Aurora campus.

  • Tech Help Appointments: Students can book a time that works best for them! Meet with Anisa Landrum (Senior Student Technology Support Specialist), peer support, or any other library staff.  Make an appointment here
