Walk-In Support: Students can stop by any of our libraries in person and receive assistance from a staff member.
Student Technology Assistants: Peer-to-peer support from current Waubonsee students is available online, and in-person at the Sugar Grove and Downtown Aurora campus.
Tech Help Appointments: Students can book a time that works best for them! Meet with Anisa Landrum (Senior Student Technology Support Specialist), peer support, or any other library staff. Make an appointment here
