Library Orientation

Your instructors may place materials for your course "on reserve" for a limited checkout period. Most course materials/reserves are loaned for 2 hours. In addition to materials specified by your instructor, you can also check out dry erase markers, laptops, hotspots, and calculators.

To find items on reserve for your class:

1. Go to the Course Reserves Search on the library website.
2. You can type in your course name (Example: Human Origins).
3. Click on the course, then the instructor, then title for the item you want to access.
4. For electronic reserves, click on the "View Online" link in the item record.

Please note: Electronic items for your class may be available through Canvas rather than the Course Reserves Search.
